Blueberry Jam - Vancouver Seed Bank

"After 2 flowering's of this strain, I'm going to fade it Out of the garden, takes 8.5 weeks and results are mediocre in my opinion. Although I did have a amazing amount Of seeds pop very quickly, 50% were male. This strain does race through vegetation so is a great starter, but not your gem in the garden in my mind, yields nicely, grows fast and looks nice are the pros - the cons- well it just doesn't hit the hardest & taste is nothing special. I am going to try sprouting the rest and being more careful putting them into rockwool, I did manage to deform all the plants by pressing roots into the rockwool a tad aggressive. Maybe this was my issue and not the strain what so ever."

"Germed quickly, but started showing deformities after the first week. Curled, malformed, and easily nutrient burned. From 10 seeds I have 3 healthy looking plants...hoping one is a female. Definitely something wrong with this batch."

" Started 10, 9 germinated over 5 days, 8 seedlings have lived. 3 look rather deformed at 3 weeks under lights with curly new leaves and one clearly is a different strain. with leaves 3 times longer than th rest. Have not sexed yet. If I get 3-4 healthy females I will be happy"

"Just popped 11 in Root Riot cubes and all came up in about 4-5 days, now at roughly 3 weeks old and I have one plant that looks normal, one close, the rest are some of the ugliest deformed plants I have seen in over 20 years of growing. I contacted VSC and sent pics, they agree something is very wrong with the breeding. They are sending new seeds but I expected better from them and their breeder. Will update when I have info on the next batch."

"Update on my progress, I had 100% germination of 5 I initially did, killed 3 switching to veg too soon, beginners error!! However, the 2 that lived, well they are both female, very vibrant and are in week 7 under 2x600wt hps with some Other gems from Jordan & VSB, to say this strain is truly beautiful is an understatement, the cola's are purple, pink and snowy frost covered perfection......and I'm a beginner. "

"I am rating the germination stage this far a big gold Star for VSB, i ordered on Friday, live a province away let's keep in mind, and was germinating by 2pm Monday, insane service, thrilled is an understatemt. Now on Tuesday after supper I check my moist warm paper towel, 80% of the seeds have 1cm sprouts, I was SHOCKED. I will surely update on ratios M to F. "germed 10 of 10 in 24hrs used heating tray from cloner and put seeds on tupperware in moist papertowel dripped the sweat from top plate every few hrs back on paper towel never had to rewet planted the way instruction pack said n 48hrs later sprouts keep u posted on male female ratio n yield so far im very happy"

"need feedback plz has any one with experience growing whos done these from seed notice that they veg in preflower and i think they r easy to tell girls from boys after 14 days from germinated seed plant 4 0f my 8 took off and look like clones ive done b4 the other 4 look confused and scragaly am i correct to assume the 4 nice ones in preflower r my girls i could flip em already n find out but i wana veg em longer n i dont wana delay any longer than i have to any1 whos done atomic jam let me know how ur girls looked after two weeks like i said the 4 nice ones look like clones i had b4 so i was wondering and hopefull look forward to a some responses so far though im impressed ill be cloning within 21days from cracking the seed vile for germination thats pretty fast isnt it"

"all 10 seeds germinated within 48hrs in wet paper towel layered wet with ph 7.0 tap water and a real weak solution of gro-tek kick start.. i germinated 3 other strains from here all had 100% germination.... all of the seeds looked healthy and well stored... i even got a free seed paid for 40 got 41.. thanks for the quick delivery, wish me luck all i want now is a few healthy mothers"

"Nov. 18/ 2010/ I bought 10 seeds and germed 7 in paper towels on top of the cable box.(nice and warm). 6 popped within 36-72 hours the 7 one took 6 days. Very impressed with the germ, now waiting for the girls!"

"I this for my first try and got 3 females out of 10. Grew awesome indoorwith a yield of 1 1/2ozs per clone, Outdoor was even better from clones growing at about 10 to 12 feet in height with a yield of 3/4 of a pound per plant. Amazing taste and very smooth smoke."

"I grew Blueberry X Nl in my first try at growing indoors and this strain did beautifully! I ended up with 4 females from the 10 seeds, and each plant produced just over an ounce. Easy to grow, hardy, and an excellent high - what a rewarding experience"

"this is a very good strain it is very consistant it really likes the ferts and yields very well.its hard to find a strain thats very strong easy to grow that yields heavy and that is good smoke. dr atomic has accomplished all of the above when he breed this strain ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 ITS DEFINETLY A 10."
