Soak the seeds overnight and then place a single layer on each tray. Rinse twice a day and in 3 or 4 days you?ll have sprouts.
Keeping the seed rinsed keeps them fresh.
Alternatively, make your own sprouter using a wide mouth jar with nylon or cheese cloth over the mouth. All seed is organically grown.
20 grams of the small seeds will produce about 1.5 litres of sprouts.
