"I really wanted this strain. Found the breeders website www.eastislandseeds.ca. They were selling there seeds 20 for $35. I order them. Nothing shows up. I email them. They say email us in 7 days, and our "replacement procedure" will be enacted. I email them 7 days later when nothing arrives, and no response. I email them about once a week for 4 months, then finnally a response:
We had a substantial fire in our indoor garden and office, we have been putting all our effort into the repairs and i apologize for not getting back to your emails, we shipped you order , if you have not received it there is nothing i can really do at this time, we have never had this kind of problem before with Canada Post. Again your order was shipped on 09/04/2012. Slandering our company because of a problem with the post office is immature and inappropriate. On our website we clearly state in our disclaimer we are not responsible for products damaged or lost due to the shipping, if we were , ever single person that orders from us would attempt to try and say the have not received there order trying to scam us to get more free seeds, its happened in the past so we have stopped replacement orders completely. we are not a scam site , we have sold our seeds through local and international seed banks and compassion clubs , but due to the online market for seeds our sales dropped 60% in 2 year's , people like our strains but with the markup from the seed banks no one buys them. Again i sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused You.
Can you believe that? So if you want these seeds. Go through vancouver seed bank. and don't get sucked into their direct website. www.eastislandseeds.ca is a scam. I'm not the only one."
